REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We are happy to accept returns for full priced, unused items, as long as we are notified within 14 days of receipt. You then have a further 14 days to return the order to us.
Visit our RETURNS CENTER to apply for a return. This return step must be done within 14 days of order receipt. We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return it back to us within 14 days of receiving it.
1. Upon approval, you will receive detailed return instructions.
2. Please ensure your order is returned to us within 30 days of original order receipt. After this timeframe, we may not be able to accept the return.
3. Garments must be in the original packaging. This must include original tags attached and to be placed back in the original biodegradable bag that corresponds to the returned item, so that our returns team can swiftly process and provide a refund. We are not able to accept returns for garments without their original packaging.
Garments must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached. If the garment is returned despite these conditions, your return will be sent back to you at an additional charge.
Because we are unable to accept stained or odorous garments for return, we recommend trying your pieces without wearing perfume or deodorant (fresh out of the shower), as this can create unwanted stains that can void a return.
4. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 working days for us to issue a refund. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the goods, minus outward shipping costs.
5. You will receive email notification when our team has received your return and again when it has been processed.
6. Full-priced items are eligible for a full refund. Your refund will be processed 2-5 business days after the return is received in our warehouse. Please keep hold of your return tracking details.
Sale items or items purchased during a flash sale/promotional event including Black Friday sale are final sale and we don't offer returns.
Item/s marked as "final sale - no returns or exchanges" cannot be returned. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you at an additional charge.
Orders placed with a promo code that discounts the order (excluding our Welcome 10% Offer) are only eligible for a store credit.
Gift Cards may not be returned
Store-credit notes are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
7. We offer European return shipping for €20, please email email@example.com to arrange your shipping label.
8. Original shipping charges and duties and taxes are non-refundable and charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Studio Tia takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Studio Tia.
10. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please contact our Customer Care team firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and images of the fault and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
As a small business, we are not able to offer free return shipping on any order.
