Our model is a size UK 8/ EU 36/ US 4 and 171cm tall.
OS fits - UK 6-12, US 2-8 and EU 34-40
It is advisable to hand-wash your cotton garments for longevity. Always use cold water to wash loomed & handweaves. Never use bleach and always stick to natural fabric soaps. Hang to drip dry your loomed garments in well ventilated evening settings or shade since direct sunlight causes colour fading and damage to fibers. Lightly iron your cottons when still damp if needed. Spray water to dampen the fabric if completely dry. Do not tumble dry.

Please keep in mind; our garments don’t have inner lining hence lighter colours have a chance of being slightly sheer.

Usually it only takes 1-2 working days to process an order to be shipped out, but please allow a few extra days in times of sales or holidays. If you order on a Friday after 12pm (GMT+3) your order will get processed for shipping the Monday after. We offer Free Shipping for all European, UK, Swiss, Norway orders over €350, this automatically applies at the checkout. We offer Free Shipping for all US orders over €500, this automatically applies at the checkout. This not not include SALE items. We currently don’t offer standard delivery service for the US, Canada, UK, Swiss or Norway.

All EXPRESS shipping orders are sent via UPS express to the your delivery address from our EU (Romania) warehouse. Express Shipping can take up to 5 working days depending on the country of entry.
All STANDARD shipping orders are also sent with UPS to the your delivery address from our EU warehouse. Standard Shipping can take up to 10 working days depending on the country of entry - please if you need a product by a specific time then go for express shipping. For USA, UK, SWITZERLAND + NORWAY we only provide express shipping with UPS, this is because the Standard and Express rates are the same.
Please note that shipping times can take longer due to customs or unforeseen circumstances.
All orders that are not Pre-orders will be processed and dispatched the next working day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details via the email address you provide at check out. Please keep a close eye on the tracking.
If incase your order is undeliverable or has been attempted the maximum amount of times by the courier/post service then the parcel will get demolished and we will not be able to get refunded for this. So please keep a close eye on your tracking and make sure someone is available at your address to receive your order.
In the event that the provided shipping address or phone number is incorrect or unknown, the carrier will contact us to contact you for the correct details. If we are unable to get a hold of you they will return the goods to us. Once this happens, we will email you and after we have received them and refund the items minus shipping fee and any other fees incurred. You can then repurchase your items with an updated shipping address.
Please keep a close watch on your tracking once you receive it. Please contact us immediately If there are any issues with the order in transit. We will assume your item has been delivered if we do not hear from you within 5 days of your order being delivered, after this time frame we cannot assist in finding this item and are not responsible for it's replacement.
All international orders require a phone number for delivery and cannot be delivered to a PO Box or Hotel.
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE & DUTY
What happens if you refuse an order on delivery/ don't pay the Import Duties?
If the parcel is undelivered due to customer refusal to pay import duties, we are not liable. Refusal to pay import duties does not ensure that the parcel will be safely returned to us. We will only refund the purchase if and when the parcel is returned to us. The refusal process can attract returns fees, which will be deducted from the return amount. As well as this , the original shipping amount will be deducted.
Import duty or VAT more than expected?
Just like any normal return, we require prior notification via email firstname.lastname@example.org Courier companies do charge return fees, and they can be quite high. Any return fees, in addition to original shipping costs will be subtracted from the refund. We are only able to provide a refund once the order has been safely returned to us. Once the refusal is noted, it is the responsibility to ensure that the order is safely returned, so please continue to keep on eye on return tracking.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular we recommend double checking your email address, phone number and delivery address. Please note: we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
We moved to 100% Bio-degradable polybags in August 2018. As these bags break down naturally, they can be placed in your compost or organics waste bin.
We also use NOISSUE 100% compostable postage bags which can be put in your compost to decompose naturally.
Unfortunately, due to carrier limitations we are currently unable to standard ship to the following countries/regions, please choose Express Courier in this case:
- India ( please email us to see if we can ship to you still- we mainly do not ship to India due to Customs Duties )
- Iran, Islamic Republic Of
- Korea, Democratic People's Republic Of (North Korea)
Please note, we are also unable to ship to hotels or PO Boxes, so please use a private address only.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept returns on all full price items within 7 days of delivery date.
Studio Tia is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit and will not keep an eye on tracking for return items. Please ensure once you receive your tracking number, you keep track of it.
*Please Note: Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEM
The products must be returned in the exact condition in which it was shipped in order to receive a refund. This includes the original packaging and the box it came in and folded as neatly as it was received. Please ensure you add your original proof of purchase or a note stating your name, order number, and reason for return inside your return so we can identify you.
To return an item please fill out the returns form here at the RETURNS CENTER within 14 days of receipt. Please also ensure you have read our condiditons.
The item must be in the post back to us within 14 days of receipt. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe.
**For all UK customers - please return your items with a courier service like TNT/ FED EX/ DHL/ DPD and not the Post Office with the invoice stating it is a RETURNED ORDER - otherwise an import duty will be charged on receipt in Romania and we will not be liable for this. It will be deducted from your refund. Make sure any invoices or value of good is as per the products you are returning and not for the full order amount - so do not include the shipping amount. The amount of each product minus any discounts should be stated and not more then you paid.

HOW WE PROCESS YOUR REFUND
We will try to to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow up to 7 business days for returns to be processed. Once we receive your item, we will do a quality review and then you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase.
Shipping charges for returns/exchanges are not credited unless there is a defect in the merchandise.
You are entitled to a full refund or exchange on any faulty goods. Please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the item and we will give instruction on how to proceed. We ask that you also send photos, so that we can review.
Please note that faulty items do still follow our return guidelines.
