Our model is a UK size 8 and 171cm tall We recommend a UK 8-12, US 4-8 and EU 36-40

WASH CARE

It is advisable to hand-wash your handloom garments for longevity. Always use cold water to wash handlooms & handweaves. Hang to drip dry your handwoven garments in well ventilated evening settings or shade since direct sunlight causes colour fading. Lightly iron your cottons when still damp. Spray water to dampen the fabric if completely dry.

SHIPPING POLICY

You are currently on our Global website, which ships to worldwide. All orders placed on our website are sent from our London based warehouse or our Indian based warehouse. We offer Free Standard Shipping for all global orders over £350, this automatically applies at the checkout.

STANDARD SHIPPING

All orders are sent via DHL/FED EX/UPS to the UK and the forwarded from our UK studio and take up to 20 business days to arrive with you after dispatch. 

All orders placed are processed the next business day unless the order has pre ordered items. Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.

Once your order arrives in your country it will be passed onto your local post office to complete delivery. We recommend contacting your local post office directly if you experience any problems with the delivery of your order.

In the event that the provided shipping address is incorrect or unknown, the carrier will return the goods to us. Once this happens, we will email you and after we have received them refund the items minus shipping fee. You can then repurchase your items with an updated shipping address .

Please keep a close watch on your tracking once you receive it. Please contact us immediatelyIf there are any issues with the order in transit. We will assume your item has been delivered if we do not hear from you within 22 days of your order being placed, after this time frame we cannot assist in finding this item and are not responsible for it's replacement.

Express Courier

In addition, an Express Courier service is available for orders anywhere in the world for a flat rate of £25. These orders will be sent with Couriers DHL or similar depending on country, and take  up to 7 business days to arrive after dispatch. This is fully trackable and signature is required.

All international orders require a phone number for delivery and cannot be delivered to a PO Box or Hotel.

All orders are processed the next business day. Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular we recommend double checking your email address and delivery address. Please note: we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

PACKAGING OPTIONS

We moved to 100% Bio-degradable polybags in August 2018. As these bags break down naturally, they can be placed in your compost or organics waste bin.

We send all your orders wrapped in tissue paper and then in a recycled craft paper envelope. Zero plastic is used to send your order.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

All orders placed are dispatched the next business day, this includes orders sent with our Express Courier service.

Please note: during busy periods or sale, there may be some delays

Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at studiotia@outlook.com. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Due to Covid 19 there are many delays with pre-orders and shipping globally. If you have specific question please do email studiotia@outlook.com.

Unfortunately, due to carrier limitations we are currently unable to standard ship to the following countries/regions, please choose Express Courier in this case:

- Indonesia

- Iran, Islamic Republic Of

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER FLASH SALE

Refunds are not offered for flash sale purchases. Standard returns policies apply, please see details below. ORDERS Email studiotia@outlook.com to receive authorisation of your return. Please
include the following details in your email:

1. Order number
2. What youʼre returning
3. Reason for return
4. If you would like an exchange/store-credit/refund
5. If exchange, what item youʼd like to have sent back

Once approved you will be provided with return address to send your item/s back. Please include original invoice so we can identify your order. Before
returning please ensure youʼve read and understood our returns policy, if any item/s are returned that donʼt meet our policy will be returned back to the
customer and charged a returned shipping fee.

TIA is not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services and taking note of
your tracking number. Returned items must be sent by a prepaid method of shipping. Before returning please ensure youʼve read and understood our
returns policy.

Please note, all exchanges processes on our site include complimentary shipping when being sent back to you! Exchange requests are subject to item/s
availability.

POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, weʼll happily accept a return subject to the
following conditions:

- Full priced items can be returned for a refund, store-credit or exchange
- Sale items or items purchased during a promotional event cannot be returned but can be exchanged.
- The item must be returned within 10 days of receiving your purchase together with original proof of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as
soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe;
- Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached;
- Gift Cards may not be returned.

Store-credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Returned items must be received by TIA within 5 business days of our authorisation email. Upon receipt of the items, they will undergo a quality
review and once cleared, you will receive a refund, exchange or credit note for the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the original
method of payment used for purchase.

TIA PROCESSING YOUR RETURN

We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow up to 3-5 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email
notification of the status of your refund once finalised. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card statement. This varies
depending on your payment provider.

FAULTY ITEMS

We're so sorry if an item you received is not in perfect condition. If you have received an item that is damaged or possibly faulty, please contact customer
