Geschenkkarten sind drei (3) Jahre ab dem Kaufdatum gültig. Geschenkkarten können nicht in bar eingelöst werden. Leider übernimmt Studio Tia keine Verantwortung für verlorene oder gestohlene Geschenkkarten.

Beim Kauf mit einer Geschenkkarte müssen Sie möglicherweise trotzdem Ihre Kreditkartendaten eingeben, um Ihren Kauf zu verifizieren. Wenn Ihre Geschenkkarte den vollen Betrag Ihrer Bestellung abdeckt, wird Ihre Kreditkarte nicht belastet.

Swiss, UK, and Norway Shipping

Standard shipping is FREE for all UK, Swiss, and Norway orders.

Express delivery is for €20.00.

You have 14 days to return an item once it been delivered to you. We do not do exchanges. All Sale items are final Sale.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We are happy to accept returns for full priced, unused items, as long as we are notified within 14 days of receipt. You then have a further 14 days to return the order to us.

Visit our RETURNS CENTER to apply for a return. This return step must be done within 14 days of order receipt. We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return it back to us within 14 days of receiving it.
