Gift Cards may only be redeemed at the Studio Tia website. Gift Cards are not valid to be redeemed at any Studio Tia stockist or the Studio Tia Boutique. Gift Cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash. Unfortunately, Studio Tia does not take responsibility for any lost or stolen Gift Cards.

When purchasing with a Gift Card, you may still be required to enter your credit card details in order to verify your purchase. If your Gift Card is for the full amount of your order, your credit card will not be charged.

Orders €200 and up are qualified for FREE standard shipping and Worldwide orders over €400 and up are qualified for FREE standard shipping

Standard shipping is €11.00.

Express delivery is for €22.00.
Standard shipping time is 5-7 working days after dispatch.

You have 14 days to return an item once it been delivered to you. We do not do exchanges. All Sale items are final Sale.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We are happy to accept returns for full priced, unused items, as long as we are notified within 14 days of receipt. You then have a further 14 days to return the order to us.

Visit our RETURNS CENTER to apply for a return. This return step must be done within 14 days of order receipt. We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return it back to us within 14 days of receiving it.
