Unfortunately, we are not able to change the items in an order once the order has been placed. We can however cancel an order at any point before it ships

CANCELLING AN ORDER
We accept order cancellation requests if you contact our team same day order has been placed and before 1pm AEST as orders are packed and dispatched daily.
We believe that Slow Fashion encourages us to buy less and focus on high quality goods that are produced through a sustainable process; its conscious consumerism.
It also acknowledges and celebrates the devoting hands that bring the garments to life. We are a small environmentally conscious brand that make a limited amount of each collection to ensure no wastage. Quite often our collections sell out pretty fast and so we found a way to ensure that no one misses out by offering preorders.
Preorder items have an estimated delivery time specified on the product page. These are estimated timeframes and generally they ship on time if not before but on some occasions there may be slight delays. If you would like a more specific timeframe, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you purchase an item that is on preorder along with an in stock item, they will be shipped together once both are in stock. If you wish you receive two separate parcels as each is ready, please make those orders separately. Preorders can be cancelled at any time before shipment and we reserve the right to cancel an existing preorder, but will only doing so after communicating with you directly.
