We ship worldwide from our European warehouse in Romania via UPS tracked services.

FREE SHIPPING

We offer FREE Standard Shipping worldwide on orders over €200.

Shipping rates for orders below €200 are calculated based on destination and service selected.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are shipped via UPS.

Delivery timeframes below are estimates after dispatch and do not include processing time.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

  • Standard: 7–10 business days
  • Express: 2–4 business days

UK + EUROPE

  • Standard Shipping: €10
  • Express Shipping: €15

USA + CANADA + UAE +  NEW ZEALAND + AUSTRALIA

  • Standard Shipping: €20
  • Express Shipping: €40

REST OF WORLD

  • Standard Shipping: €20
  • Express Shipping: €45

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 1–2 business days for our team to pick and pack your order.

  • Orders ship Monday–Friday
  • Shipping timeframes are in addition to processing time

During busy periods, promotional events and sales there may be delays on the dispatch of your order.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

While we work hard to meet estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Remote or rural delivery locations

CUSTOMS DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes.

Important to note:

  • Duties and taxes are determined by your local customs authority
  • UPS will contact you to collect payment prior to delivery
  • These charges are non-refundable

STUDIO TIA is not responsible for customs charges applied by your country.

We are legally required to declare all items at their full purchase value.

Failure to pay duties may result in delivery delays.

UK NOTICE

  • Orders under £135 GBP typically are not charged import duties
  • Orders £135+ GBP may be subject to duties and VAT

(UK import rules are set by HMRC and may change.)

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@studiotia.co.

Please note:

  • Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes or cancellations
  • We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee modification requests

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-order items are processed as normal but shipped at the later date specified on the product page.

Orders containing pre-order items will ship together once all items are available.

If you would like in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Where facilities exist, packaging can be disposed of in compost or organics waste.
